The Hertford MCR is, above all, a democratic organisation. It is governed according to our Constitution and Standing Orders (printed versions of which you can find in the Octagon).

In this page, you can find the latest versions of our Constitution and Standing Orders. These documents are not a fixed set of rules; they are always evolving. all of our members are welcome to propose modifications to them, for discussion and voting at a General Meeting (GM).

 

There are at least two GMs per term. They will be announced on each term's term card and you will receive reminders and the agenda via email. The minutes from previous GMs are ​archived here.
